What are the delivery options?

We offer two options at checkout. Royal mail next day special delivery or first class recorded. If you place your order by 3pm, Next day delivery will arrive by 1pm the next working day (not including Saturdays). We only post using a signed for service, for insurance purposes.

Can you size the rings that are for sale?

Ring sizing is possible, and dependant on the size needed. For example, there may be limitations to how much we can change the size, due to the style of the ring. You can always ring us on 01243 696726 to enquire before making a purchase.

We advise that you have your fingers measured beforehand if possible, as no responsibility can be taken if you have supplied us with an incorrect size.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours, and can be sent by either Royal mail next day special delivery, or 1st class recorded.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return an item. Please contact for assistance should you wish to return an item. This is limited to stock items and does not include custom orders, though we will try to rectify any problems you have with custom orders.

Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned unused and with any original packaging. Refund does not include return postage costs.
